At Mudbrick Herb Cottage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical purchase. If your items are damaged or not as described, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer support with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our cottage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5 business days.
