Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, with delivery times ranging from 3-7 days depending on your region.
Are your herb products organic?
We prioritize natural growing practices and source organic certified seeds and plants whenever possible to provide the highest quality, chemical-free products for your garden and kitchen.
What is your return policy for live plants?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns once they have been delivered. However, if a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the country to comply with strict agricultural and biosecurity regulations regarding the transport of live plant matter and seeds.
