Sleep Time Tea - 50g

A blend of gentle herbs to lull you into a blissful sleep.

Chamomile - mild sedative for insomnia, calming to the digestive and nervous systems
Catnip - a calming sedative, relaxes spasms, relieves nervous tension
Lemon Balm - sedative herb, improves digestion, relaxes spasms
Passionflower - cooling sedative, relieves pain, spasms and onset insomnia
Skullcap - nervine tonic relieves, stress, anxiety, irritability and insomnia

How to Use:
Add 2 teaspoons of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Drink 1-2 cups before bedtime.

Servings:
Each 50g pack provides approximately 36 servings.
