Use Thyme to flavour soups, stuffings, meat, chicken and fish dishes, stews, marinating olives, mushrooms, vegetables, savory muffins and scones.

Take thyme internally to relieve chest infections, dry coughs, whooping cough, bronchitis, asthma and laryngitis. It is also useful for the treatment of indigestion, gastritis and diarrhoea.

Externally thyme is used for fungal infections, infected skin conditions, for thrush of the mouth it can be used as a mouthwash and as a douche for vaginal thrush. Gargle with thyme tea for tonsillitis.
